چکیده
Herbicides are the major tool for controlling large populations of yield depleting weeds. However, over-reliance on herbicides has resulted in weed adaptation and herbicide resistance. In recent years, early flowering species related to resistance is emerging, which may cause seed loss before crop harvest, creating a new problem non-chemical management. this study, homologue gene AGAMOUS sub-family (referred as PfAG5) MADS-box family was cloned from plants an Polypogon fugax Nees ex Steud. population resistant ACCase inhibitor (clodinafop-propargyl). The PfAG5 functionally characterised Arabidopsis thaliana L. Overexpression flowering, abnormal flowers (e.g. small petals), short reduced set, compared with wild type. expression high leaves flowers, but low pods transgenic Arabidopsis. expressed earlier higher (R) than susceptible (S) P. plants. Furthermore, one protein (FRIGIDA-like) relevance time regulation interacts identified by yeast two-hybrid pull-down assays. These results suggest that involved modulating fugax.

Overexpression of microRNA-630 in Acute Leukemic T-cell line
Background: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are noncoding RNAs that control the expression of their target mRNAs. It affects cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis as oncogenes or tumor suppressors. Dysregulation of miRNAs expression leads to the development of various cancers. Therefore, for the first time in this field, this study investigated the effect of overexpression of microRNA-630 on the Jurkat ce...
متن کاملOverexpression of Recombinant Human Beta Interferon (rhINF-β) in Periplasmic Space of Escherichia coli
Human Interferon β (INF-β) is a member of cytokines family which different studies have shown its immunomodulatory and antiviral activities. In this study an expression vector was designed and constructed for expression of human INF-β-1b either in shake flasks and bench top bioreactor. The designed vector was constructed based upon pET-25b(+) with T7 promoter. Recombinant human beta interferon ...
متن کاملOverexpression of Endometrial Estrogen Receptor-Alpha in The Window of Implantation in Women with Unexplained Infertility
Objective Background: Failure in the endometrial receptivity may account for a significant number of infertility cases including unexplained infertility in women. Reduction in the endometrial estrogen receptor-alpha (ER-α) expression during window of implantation may be a critical event that coincides with expression of specific genes and providing a receptive endometrium. The aim of present st...
متن کاملThe Effects of NDRG2 Overexpression on Cell Proliferation and Invasiveness of SW48 Colorectal Cancer Cell Line
Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common causes of cancer-related death in the world. The expression of N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2 (NDRG2) is down-regulated in CRC. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of NDRG2 overexpression on cell proliferation and invasive potential of SW48 cells. Methods: SW48 cells were transfected with a plasmid overexpressing ND...
متن کاملSynergistic Effects of NDRG2 Overexpression and Radiotherapy on Cell Death of Human Prostate LNCaP Cells
Background: Radiation therapy is among the most conventional cancer therapeutic modalities with effective local tumor control. However, due to the development of radio-resistance, tumor recurrence and metastasis often occur following radiation therapy. In recent years, combination of radiotherapy and gene therapy has been suggested to overcome this problem. The aim of the current study was to e...
